My
Comfy Garage exists to meet the needs of our clients by providing
garage enhancing products, services and solutions at a fair
price
with a high degree of quality and integrity.
We believe your
garage can be a place of lasting comfort; adding to the wonderful
experience of home ownership. Further, we believe your garage
can become a showplace for form and function.
Our business
started when we discovered that most homes in Tennessee with bonus
rooms above their garages share a common problem. The rooms
above
the garage were cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
This
was true with our home until, after some experimentation with various
insulation materials, we addressed the issue head on. We
insulated the garage door. It was the culprit in
the crime
of energy waste. Years after this AHA! moment, we began
Garage
Door Insulators with the knowledge that our solution to our problem was
needed by others. Since its inception, Garage Door Insulators
satisfied dozens of homeowners in Williamson, Davidson and Rutherford
counties. We were on to something.
The funny name, My
Comfy Garage, came about after we realized that
telling the insulation story did not immediately resonate with our
potential customers. We decided to expand our offerings with
a
focus on addressing the key elements of garage interests:

Cleanliness
Utility
Conservation
Appearance
Value
In
doing so, we wanted to mirror the homeowners' desire for a comfortable
home - the only difference was we would address their biggest room and
the one most visible to others: the garage. We chose Comfy
simply
because we knew, like us, that spelling COMFORTABLE is too much of a
challenge. Hence the cut down form.
We
